Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken thighs (boneless)

  • 1/2 tsp grams masala powder
  • 1 for the makhni sauce-
  • 40 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 15 grams ginger
  • 6 green chillies
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 750 grams tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • 60 milliliters single cream
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 tbs tomato paste
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 50 grams butter
  • 75 grams cashew nuts
