Have you ever tried making your own pasta at home without a machine? It’s the best! I’m using Bob’s Red Mill All-purpose flour to make the freshest, tender pasta noodles and I’m transforming it all into Aglio y olio. So simple yet delicious.

You can use this flour for all manner of baked goods, including yeast breads, quick breads, biscuits, muffins, cookies and cakes. Pasta Dough Recipe (makes 4 servings):

2 cups Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose Flour
3 eggs
pinch of kosher salt
1-2 tbsp water

mixmixmix into a dough. Let it rest for 30-60 minutes.
Roll out and cut into noodles. Cook in boiling water (salted) 2-3 minutes. Drain, saving 1 cup pasta water.

In a pan add
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
5-6 minced garlic cloves, stir fry 2 minutes, add
pasta water, let it simmer until the sauce reduces by a third.
Add noodles (2 servings worth).
1 cup shaved parmesan cheese

simmer 3 more minutes,
serve with chopped parsley.
