  • Chicken Thighs – 8 to 10 (or Drumsticks or Breasts)
  • Dark Brown Sugar – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1/2 cup
  • White Rum – 1/4 cup
  • White Vinegar – 3 tblsp
  • Dried Thyme – 2 tblsp
  • Spring Onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red Chilli Flakes – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala

Instructions:

  1. Tip: You can also cook the chicken in a preheated oven at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
