  • 4 • Potatoes
  • 1 • Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon • Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon • Red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon • Ground coriander
  • • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash cauliflower and potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil and add potatoes and cauliflower and leave it on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander, red chili and salt.
  4. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve it with rotis.
