Weren't you just saying how much you loved a mango/dill dressing at the Woodstock Fruit Festival last year with RawAlignment and literally drinking it on camera? But here you say they're not enjoyable? Hard to trust these videos if you guys don't even like what you're eating. Healthy food should be tasty too!

So you never eat legumes and starchy food (rice, quinoa, potatoes, etc) ? I don't know how you get enough iron, enough full proteins (legumes+starchy food), enough carbohydrates, enough iodine (seaweeds, who are indigestible when raw)… I'm also vegan and I always make sure to have all my nutrients but I know that if I didn't ate legumes, starchy food, seaweeds, and other thing that you have to cook, I would not have enough of all the nutrients… And I'm also a women, not very tall and slim, so our needs are almost the same. And eat tons of supplements instead of food is not very heathly…

Adding fat lowers the insulin number of a meal. It's the number by which the release of insulin is measured. So when good fat is added your body produces less insulin

Nice video! I must mention that cashews aren't considered truly raw, there are a few videos explaining why. I usually use almonds instead 🙂

I am a very petite person, like you. As an endurance athlete, I have been finding myself neglecting large portions of veggies in order to fit in enough carbs and calories to fuel my exercise. But I am looking to up my fat intake, and get more veggies, because I LOVE the way they taste how energetic I feel after eating a huge salad. But I just can't seem to get enough energy eating this way. How do you make sure you're getting enough calories to fuel your dance when you're eating more fat and veg? How do you replenish glycogen stores that way??? I feel really good eating lower fruit, and I really want it to work for me, I just find myself feeling really full physically, but never satisfied on days when I do a lot of exercise. 🙁

Oh boy, but you do speak so much!I am new to your channel and I was interested in the information you might provide, but you make it extremely difficult to follow you as you seem to not have any control over your voice or the amount of information you want to put out there.
It feels as if you are in a hurry or running, therefore I get tired only by listening to you.
You just don't even take a breath for a sec, you keep talking and talking and it becomes tiring to watch/listen to the information you want to provide. I suggest (if you don't mind) to try controlling your voice and your breath while you speak.
Totally with you…now feeling much better with minimal fruit (but still an abundance) and enjoying calorie and macro sources of other varieties 🙂

Totally agree! A lot of raw salad dressings are not that great. I tried to like them but I need something more creamy and savoury! <3
