Pure genius! Wonderful!
I've just made this bread and it came out amazing. I made 1kg loaf (just double the ingredients and bake 1h 190C with fan and keep baking on 150C fan oven one more hour) The best bread i have ever tasted. i miss your cooking so much Titli comeeee back! <3
Can I use Canderal instead of sugar as I'm diabetic type 2?
OMG SHES ADORABLE!!! 😀
After restraining ourselves for over 4 years, we finally get to have bread today, all thanks to your recipe!!! ❤️ from NZ.
This is amazing! Can't wait to try it – thank you soooo much!!
Thank you for this recipe, I have finally baked something successfully for the first time in my life! Happy to find a bread recipe without needing milk and butter.
I have a question about the yeast. The yeast I used is instant yeast. The instructions on the box state that first step is the same as yours, cover it for an hour. The second step afterwards asked to punch the mixture down, let it sit again until it rise to double.
Should I ignore the second step the next time I bake this again?I'm a super newbie with baking. Please help 🙏
Now resting the dough, checked your website. Amazing recipes. I am so excited right now, want to try all of them!
HI, tried this recipe and it turned out all right but it crumbles when I cut it or toast it?? my oven is not fan forced so not sure it that affects it and the batter didn't rise too much as it instructed not to let it rise too much. Suggestions?
My mouth is watering for this bread.
Mine turned out very dry and it broke all the way whiles slicing
Thanks so much! You are awesome and your accent + giddy attitude makes me smile and giggle!! Much love my lady <3
…too bad , she does not answer any of us guys…
I had to use almost a litre of water to get a wet batter and it doesnt resemble anything like what you have. Must be a different type of buckwheat here… The thing just sucks up water like nobodies business…
you're a real sweet woman. I like your recipes.
Made this today and it was amazing. My girlfriend can't tolerate gluten so i gave it a go. Simple and quick. Thank you.
Just tried. Amazing result. I got exactly what I see in the video. Texture is good, really bread like. Taste is good. After trying many cake like so called bread recipes this is just what I need. Many thanks, big hugs, love from Turkiye.
This is not her real voice
Could i add a couple of tablespoons of crushed linseeds and get the same result.
Can the yeast be substituted with baking powder?
so happy to find this recipe for a gluten free yet wholesome bread! ive been buying GF breads that are full of starch and additives and not even filling, so am excited to try this. 💕
Thank you for the video. I created a quick bread (biscuit) recipe using buckwheat, oat bran and millet flours. Buckwheat has a very pleasing taste and I prefer it over other grains.
Thank you ! it's very nice of you share all those goodies with us,the bread lovers😘
awesome cooked healthy bread
Does this bread dry out fast like other gluten free bread?
Hi Titli, I love buckwheat, when I was pregnant with my son Joe, in 87, the very first craving I got was for buckwheat pancakes, I never tasted them before, but i just knew what they were gonna taste like, I made them, and they tasted just like I thought they would. Thank You so much for this recipe using just buckwheat flour, amazing! Woman rock! P.S. I know this video is a few years old, hope you well, please reply if you can, love to hear from ya, wishing you great holidays!
