Excellent tutorial on kneading. I don't like to knead. I don't like the feeling of the shaggy mass of sticky dough all over my fingers. I don't like the idea of adding more flour to stop sticking because that can make the dough heavy and dry. By the same token, I don't like to add oil to my hands to knead. I just want to touch the dough as little as possible. This method with the oiled plastic wrap is great. I will try it soon. Thanks!

mine was a little crunchy on top but after applying butter and waiting it to cold 10 mins it made it softer, we all loved the taste and texture. it was fluffy 🙂 !! very yummy, cant believe i made it myself, maybe next time ill add some oregano. thanks for the recipe and method!!! im saving it for other time
