4-5 big slices white/brown bread with corners
1 cup kala chana boiled
1 onion roughly chopped
1-2 green chillies
A piece of ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 tbsp yogurt/dahi
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1-2 tbsp green chutney
Some finely chopped mint leaves
Some finely chopped coriander
4-5 cashews broken
Oil for frying
