VEGGIE RANCH JAR
2 tbsp. ranch dressing
1/3 cup kidney beans
1/4 cup frozen corn, defrosted
1/4 cup chopped orange bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped red onion
big handful romaine lettuce
Pour the dressing into the bottom of a mason jar. Layer ingredients on top finishing with the lettuce. Pop on the lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

GREEN GODDESS GRAIN JAR
2 tbsp. green goddess dressing
1/3 cup wheat berries
1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted
1/4 cup steamed edamame
big handful of baby spinachPour the dressing into the bottom of a mason jar. Layer ingredients on top finishing with the baby spinach. Pop on the lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

MYSTERY SALAD JAR RECIPE
2 tbsp. red pepper + ginger vinaigrette
1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
big handful of escarole
Pour the dressing into the bottom of a mason jar. Layer ingredients on top finishing with the escarole. Pop on the lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

All of them look delicious but I love the first one, possibily cause it has all the common favourite (salad bar) ingredients in it, and for the second one I imagine using spelt (if wheat berries are not found) is OK? and for the 3rd one I imagine Coliflower Salad will be an appropriate name.
